There’s Nothing Smart About

Apothederm Stretch Mark Cream

Apothederm Stretch Mark Cream combines patented technology with already known science about skin to bring you something extraordinary for your stretch marks. Unfortunately, it’s extraordinarily bad.

Clients have tried Apothederm Stretch Mark Cream and they’ve let it be known that a stretch mark cream needs to reduce stretch marks to be considered a quality stretch mark cream. Apothederm Stretch Mark Cream doesn’t do that, and for ninety dollars a bottle – yes ninety – that kind of defeats the purpose…

Apothederm Skin Care Cream Features:

Apothederm Stretch Mark Cream markets itself a top choice among those with stretch marks, with promises of:
• Results in just two weeks
  • Smart Peptide formula
  • Reduced appearance of both old and new stretch marks
  • Prevention of future stretch marks
  • Improved skin texture and firmness
  • Better skin tone and moisture retention

Apothederm StretchmarkTwo weeks! See results in two weeks! With an overpriced bottle of natural skin care ingredients glued together with something passed off as smart skin care technology.

Thanks, but if the many women who’ve used Apothederm and not reduced their stretch marks have anything to say about it, smart technology works better with your wireless device.

Of course Apothederm makes the usual promises of boosted collagen and elastin production. Achieved with shea butter and natural skin care ingredients, which are nice, but, well, they don’t reduce stretch marks by themselves.

Make no mistake, there’s nothing wrong with natural skin care. I’m all for it, and the many conversations I’ve had with clients concerned with the thousands of industrial chemicals in many common skin care products indicate they are as well.

But nature needs help if it’s going to reduce stretch marks. And that help doesn’t come from Heptapeptide-7, aka the “smart peptide technology” in Apothederm Stretch Mark Cream because the overwhelming majority of clients who use this product see little to no reduction of stretch marks.

What Buyers Like About Apothederm Skin Care Cream:

Customers who used Apothederm Stretch Mark Cream weren’t thrilled they did, but it has a few semi-redeeming qualities, including:
• The emphasis on natural ingredients
  • An attempt at clinical studies
With ingredients like shea butter, cocoa butter, Limnanthes Alba (Meadowfoam) seed oil and Olea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil, there’s more than enough in Apothederm Stretch Mark Cream to moisturize your skin without some of the more dangerous chemicals that show up in some stretch mark creams.

The clinical study, of 30 clients who used Apothederm Stretch Mark Cream, is a nice try, though it would help if the company made these studies available for customers to see. Methinks Apothederm has something to hide.

One woman tried Apothederm Stretch Mark Cream after giving birth and reports her stretch marks were reduced to the point she can flaunt more skin than she would if she hadn’t used the product. Lukewarm results are better than nothing I guess.

Another women reports she tried several stretch mark creams, and several hundreds of dollars later she settled with Apothederm. She’s happy with the results, and claims her stretch marks are less noticeable. A rare point for Apothederm.

Finally, one woman was particularly distressed at the thought of being seen in a bathing suit with stretch marks she’d developed after a number of surgeries. Henceforth she gave Apothederm Stretch Mark Cream a try and she’s one of the few supporters of this seventh-rated stretch mark cream.

What Buyers Do Not Like About the Product:

What to like about Apothederm? Primarily the natural ingredients. What’s not to like? Enough feedback from clients who tried it and saw next to no difference on their stretch marks to dissuade you from using Apothederm Stretch Mark Cream.

Some of their negative comments included:
• An adverse reaction to the cream
  • A ridiculously high price
  • The short guarantee
  • No improvement of their stretch marks
  • Questionable results from clinical studies
Let’s start at the beginning. For a stretch mark cream to be worth your time, it has to reduce stretch marks. Apothederm Stretch Mark Cream doesn’t do that. Pop the hood and you may see why – there’s nothing to get rid of stretch marks in the formula save this “smart peptide” technology that’s largely unproven. Yes, Apothederm claims there are clinical studies that 90% of people who used it saw a difference. So where’s this study, and how much of an improvement did they see? The client reports on Apothederm thus far suggest otherwise.

A new mom was so excited when her husband ordered the product for the stretch marks she’d complained about since giving birth. Unfortunately for her, and in a common pattern with Apothederm, she saw no improvement. Her stretch marks remain, despite her regular application of the product.

Another issue with Apothederm is that money-back guarantee. Stretch marks don’t disappear overnight. In fact, it can take upward of three to six months to really enjoy visible reduction of stretch marks. Several women stayed with Apothederm for five months, hoping to see an improvement. Fed up, they expressed their concerns to Apothederm customer service, who replied the 30 day money-back guarantee period had expired. Ninety dollars, down the drain.

And that price…ouch. For ninety dollars, clients who tried Apothederm said they expected more for that kind of money. Several women indicated the money they spent on Apothederm took a chunk out of their monthly budget. Let’s see, 12 months of Apothederm will set you back…$1080!

That’s a lot of money to put out for a stretch mark cream that doesn’t reduce stretch marks. And it could’ve been spent on other things, like groceries, hydro bills, rent, car insurance. Heck, five years’ worth of fig newtons. A tough pill to swallow.

Fortunately, Apothederm doesn’t offer discounts on large orders, which convinced many clients to jump ship after less than two months of using Apothederm Stretch Mark Cream in favor of a product that actually reduces stretch marks.

My Personal Recommendation:

Very few clients had positive things to say about Apothederm. Over-priced, over-hyped and with little to no value to be had, Apothederm doesn’t reduce stretch marks. Do yourself a favor and review the top-rated stretch mark creams on this site that deliver results at a fraction of the cost. Avoid Apothederm.Apothederm Skin Care Cream

That’s crap! I use this product myself and it is wonderful. Acutally bought some for friends and they were happy with the results also. Your whole body must be full of stretch marks if you are personaly testing all these products.
